✨PARTNERSHIP AGREEMENT: TOKYO8 GLOBAL INC & AFRIK CAPITAL INVESTMENT.

✨On the 18th of November, 2025, Leo Abache, the CEO of Afrik Capital got to sign an MOU (Memorandum of Understanding) with us (TOKYO8 GLOBAL INC).  During his visit, he got to see TOKYO8 Factory and its operations.

Afrik Capital works closely with global investors to support innovative and sustainable projects.

TOKYO8 focuses on producing organic bio-fertilizer made from natural waste materials designed to improve soil health, increase crop yield, be easy and affordable and reduce environmental impact. This partnership aims to bring our sustainable farming solutions to more regions, especially Cameroon where they can make a real difference for farmers and the community.

Together, we aim to:

• Build investor confidence and attract large-scale funding
• Start pilot trials and establish local production units
• Empower farmers with affordable, eco-friendly solutions
• Scale a model that can strengthen food security across Africa
• Promote sustainable ways of farming.

We’re excited about what’s ahead and look forward to signing the Franchise contract, starting trials with farmers and starting Production!
